Actually everything was terrific, my next choice again in Lucca. Very pleasant staff, picturesque location and awesome breakfast. Near bars and restaurants. Beautiful room. Snack bar and amazing pool.

the staff was helpful, the room was very clean, bed was spacious. we enjoyed pizzeria da felice, situated 600 feet away from the hotel.

Breakfast was amazing. The hotel was close to Lucca Centrale train station. The venue's setting within short walking distance to everything we wanted to explore, like elegant tuscan shops.
